* Our system enables manufacturers to produce readily balanced parts during the CNC machining and milling operation.

* By adapting computerized balancing control system to CNC lathe, we totally eliminated the need for a balancing machine.

* There is no need to spare a separate stocking area for the manufactured parts waiting to be balanced.

* Regular balancing machines require an adaptor to be made for each type of manufactured part tobe balanced. Designing, manufacturing and utilization of a suitable adaptor is totally eliminated.

* This is the only unigue system in the world which makes it possible to check for the unbalance condition and if required to complete the balancing process while the part is still being machined on the CNC lathe.

* Balance control and balancing operations will not require a separate process, saving a lot of time and labor in total.

* Since the parts will be coming out of the CNC lathe already balanced and finished, there will be no balancing holes, weights or imperfections disturbing the esthetics and proper appearence of the final parts.

* CNC machining means fast production rates. However, due to the need of seperately balancing  the finished parts, this high rate does not mean much. Our system lets CNC machines to be utilized at their highest patential.

* This system, can also check for the unbalance condition of other parts which are rotating with the original processed part (i.e. spindle, spindle axle shaft and similar rotating parts.)

*There will be no need to employ extra personnel for the final balancing process and this will be reducing final costs and total investment costs even further.
